DEFINITIONS

Donation: any asset, including any monetary amount, given to Ocean Rescue Inc
by a Donor, whether by electronic authorization through the Ocean Rescue website or otherwise.

Donor: a natural or legal person who has donated, is donating, or will donate to The Ocean Rescue Inc

Goal: Ocean Rescue is dedicated to the development of methods for removing plastic pollution from the seas and oceans.

APPLICABILITY

he following General Terms & Conditions apply to all Donations.

The Donor agrees to these General Terms and Conditions by making a Donation.

To handle its Donation, Ocean Rescue needs each Donor’s personal information. Ocean Rescue Inc
processing of this personal data is governed by Ocean Rescue’s Privacy and Cookie Notice.

DONATIONS

By making a Donation, a Donor accepts that Ocean Rescue and any and all (future) subsidiaries and/or affiliates of Ocean Rescue may utilize the Donation at their discretion, within the limits of the Goal and Ocean Rescue Inc
articles of association.

A donation is non-refundable.

Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time by contacting us through our website.

Upon request, Ocean Rescue will offer a donation certificate to any Donor.

FINAL REQUIREMENTS

The district court of ___________ has exclusive authority to hear any dispute between Ocean Rescue and a Donor about a Donation.
